Mr. John Prieboy

Welcome to Mr. Prieboy's webpage!

I am a proud member of Plainfield Central's Health and Physical Education department, and the primary teacher for Link Crew Student Leadership Course and Adventure Challenge. In addition to teaching, I am the sponsor for the Wildcat Athetic Leadership Club. I graduated from North Central College in 2011 with a BA degree in Health and Physical Education and an endorsement in Health Education. While pursuing my degree, I competed for the cross country and track & field programs. I enjoy living an active and healthy lifestyle through competing in triathlons, marathons and ultra-marathons, as well as hiking, biking, or running through the local forest preserves. Most importantly, I love spending time with my wife and two children.

My objective as a teacher is to be a positive influence on the students I interact with every day and to make the learning experience as fun and meaningful as possible.
