Jennifer Hoversten Wellness PE

This week, I want you all to choose your own daily activity. Each activity should be at least 20 minutes long. During your activity take your heart rate, record it on the far-right side as well as reps if it applies to that activity.  Also, write briefly your thoughts about the activity. If you went for a jog, walk, or bike ride, playing catch, or shooting baskets, for example, you would only record your heart rate. Same as if you were mowing the yard or doing other yard work. Reps would only be if you were doing push-ups, sit ups, or other lifts.  Make sure you have a parent sign it!!

Remember, you don't need to print these sheets, you can write your workouts on your own paper.
