Skills for Healthy Living

Skills for Healthy Living is a Junior-level course designed to provide and promte the concepts that are a part of a well-rounded healthy lifestyle and important for an individual's total wellness. Units of Study include stress management, gender/sexuality/relationships, adulthood and aging, death and dying, environmental health, and healthy choices for life.  This course meets in classroom 1507 on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week.  On Tuesdays and Thursdays, students will dress for PE and participate in Fitness Club, which offeres a wide variety of phycial activities catering to each individual students' personal fitness goals.
