District 202 schools are CLOSED through April 30th, per Gov. Pritzker's order.
We WILL NOT have to make up these "closure" days. More information will follow later this week about the District 202 "Remote Learning" plan.
Schools are scheduled to re-open on Friday, May 1st, at the earliest. We will update families if this date changes.

The Spanish Community Center in Joliet is also hosting a food pantry every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its office, 309 N Eastern Ave, Joliet. Just bring an ID of any kind (student ID/state ID/Daybreak Shelter ID, etc).
The Illinois State Board of Education has deemed the two-week mandated closure as “Act of God” days. Therefore, they will not be made up at the end of the year. As well, student grades cannot be issued during Act of God days.
